Choco Chip Mug Cake



Ingredients:

·         30gm butter

·         2 tbsp. milk

·         1 egg.

·         ½ vanilla essence  

·         3 tbsp. caster sugar

·         4-5 tbsp plain flour

·         ½ Baking powder

·         Preferred Choco chips

Pre-Requisites:

·         Take a coffee mug and pour the butter, place in microwave for 20-30seconds to melt the butter.

Method

·         Now on the same mug add flour, baking powder, sugar and milk, beat well until it is smooth.

·         Add egg and whisk smoothly with no lumps and vanilla essence.

·         Add the choco chips and whisk the batter roughly once.

·         Add some choco chips on the upper surface of the mug for garish purpose.

·         Place the mug inside the microwave in the center of the oven plate. 

·         Set on Max. Temperature and cook for 3mins or 180 seconds, Serve warm
