I’m happy you’re here. This is Perky, which is one of many nicknames, or Preetha, which is my full first name. You can call either way, I’m a self-taught Cook and Food Blogger from Kolkata (India). I started this blogging since last year (2015) and named it after I got my passion kick , 'Recipere'.
Being Software Consultant by Profession I work with Cognizant Technology Solutions, And now I live in Pune with my husband Arindam who is a spark ignitor of my kick.
One should know that I’m totally obsessed with food. I daydream about new recipes. I like travelling and collecting new recipes, herbs and spices. I read up on food policy and nutrition. I love photographing food and hope my blog inspire you to step into the kitchen to cook a delicious and yummilicious meal.
Above all, I love eating food and enjoy cooking. I believe that cooking is an art and should be fun. This blog is all about celebrating good food, real sustainable food that delights the senses of your body.
