Ingredients:

·         2tsp preferably instant Coffee powder

·         3 tsp of Sugar or preferably brown sugar

·         1 coffee mug milk.

·         1 cup water.

·         Preferred drinking chocolate powder for garnish.

 

 

Pre-Requisites:

·         Take a mixing bowl. Add Coffee powder and sugar with 1tsb of water.

·         Now beat this mixture like you beat egg. You can do with a spoon. Do this continuously for at least 4 to 5 minutes for the coffee mixture to turn into a light brown paste.

·         Warm the milk and the water you will be using for the coffee.

 

Method

·         Take a coffee mug and pour the beaten paste.

·         Add the warm milk prepare as mentioned above.

·         Mix with spoon or stirrer so that froth/creamy substance floats above.

·         Garnish with drinking chocolate powder or create designs with the help of stirrer accordingly.

·         Serve hot & Creamy.
