Strawberry Fiesta

        Ingredients:

·         1 glass of full cream Milk.

·         2 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream

·         10-12 fresh Strawberries

·         4 tbsp Sugar or 5-6 tsp honey

·         2 Strawberry wafer sticks

·         2 tablespoon Strawberry syrup.

·         1 cup water.

 

          Prerequisites:

·         Wash the strawberries, wipe them properly so that its free from hairy cover.

·         Dice 4-5 Strawberries and freeze for 30mins.
 

·         Milk should be in room temperature before using.

·         Decorate the transparent glass with Strawberry syrup and keep it aside.

 

           
Method

      1. Take a clean blender.

      2. Add water, milk and sugar/honey and blend to dissolve the sugar completely.

      3. Add the remaining strawberries and ice cream and blend for a min.

      4. Pour the frozen strawberries into the pre-decorated glass and add the blended mixture.
 

      5. Decorate with the Strawberry wafer sticks.

      6. Serve chill.
