Veggie French Toast
Serves: 4
Ingredients:

Sandwich bread 8-10 loafs
·
2 cups of plain fresh cream
·
5 tb spoon semolina/sooji
·
2-3 pinch of ginger julienne
·
1 medium onion.
·
1 medium capsicum
·
1 medium tomato
·
5 green chilies
·
5-6 tb spoon oil
·
1 tb spoon garam masala
·
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
·
Salt to taste.
·
1 tb spoon butter.
Pre-Requisites:
·
Finely
chop onions, chilies, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves.
·
Take a
mixing bowl. Add semolina/sooji,
cream, chopped vegetables and mix them all.
·
Add garam
masala and salt. Mix and keep it aside.
·
Take a shallow
pan, Add oil and heat.
·
Apply and
spread the mixture on one side of the bread.
·
Place the
bread on pan with applied side to be toasted.
·
Once it
turns brown and crisp, change the side.
·
Toast the
plain side with slight amount of butter.
·
Veggie French
toast is ready
·
Garnish
with some coriander leaves.
·
Serve hot
with Ketchup.
