Creamy Mushroom Macaroni





Ingredients:


·         4 cup Macaroni

·         3 onions, chopped.

·         2 tsp  Preferred Salad/Pasta seasoning  

·         5-6 tbsp. Oil.

·         1 cup Mushroom cleaned. Partially boiled and diced. 

·         1 tsp white Pepper crushed

·         Salt to taste.

·         1 each Red and Yellow Bell Pepper.

·         1 tsp ginger-garlic Paste

·         1 packet preferred creamy mushroom soup powder.

·         1 cube of preferred cheese.

·         1 cup cow’s milk.

·         2 dried red chilies and crushed.

·         1 cup water.


Pre-Requisites:

·         Macaroni boiled and kept aside.

·         Mushroom cleaned. Partially boiled and diced. 



·         Red and Yellow Bell Pepper diced.

·         Cheese cube grated.

 
·   Soup mixture: Empty the soup packet into milk    & water mix well with no lumps left.


Method

1.    Heat the oil in a pan.

2.    Add crushed red chilies, ginger-garlic paste and opinions. Sauté till it turns pinkish.

3.    Add Mushrooms and Bell Peppers and Sauté for 2mins.

4.    Add crushed white pepper, Salt, Salad/Pasta seasoning and macaroni. Sauté for another 2mins.



5.    Add the Soup mixture stir well so that there is no formation of lumps.

6.    Cook and stir continuously for next 2-3mins.

7.    Add grated cheese to make it creamier.

8.    Serve hot and garnish with sprinkled seasoning.
